Cons:

the staff were friendly but unfortunately hopeless at English. The staff said they could do laundry and that it would be ready the day after. they forgot all about the laundry and when we were in a hurry and wanting to
pick it up it was drenched in water. not very nice when we were heading to the airport. The room has no bin, is full of mosquitoes and is moldy. The hotel has no toilet paper. But overall a decent stay and friendly staff

I would be happy to stay here on my return to Bandung
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the air con worked perfectly. Shower in a clean and spacious room was hot and heavy. There were multiple electricity sockets and everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and gave me advice on the location of the local stores and atm etc. There was a 24 hour laundry service that i was able to take advantage of. I would happily recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good and standard fare of rice, chicken,noodles, veggies and crispy things, tasty and filling

Exceptional
Pros:

Clean and cool as the air con worked well. Big plus for me was the hot shower. Plug sockets for charging etc were ok but a better shelf space would be good. No shaving mirror but all on all an excellent room for the money.

Cons:

I think a small desk and chair would be more use than the locker stack, plus a larger shelf area for charging items on.
