Lost and confused
Pros:

Actually i cannot say much because they did not let me stay in the property. They cannot accomodate foreigners and then i had to go away to another hotel which was in a poor location for me in the middle of the city. The other hotel was decent, so that is the only thing that was good in that story. Also they did not agree to pay for the taxi, so i had problems with a driver as i did not want to pay, at last the other hotel paid the fee though it was not their responsibity. So i do not know about facilities there but how can i a rate it good if i was basically demanded to cancel.

Cons:

Everything:( it was a very stressful situation and hotel should inform the foreigners before.

Worst experience.
Pros:

The hotel refused to provide rooms despite having confirmed booking. We had to pay ₹ 1000 more for the taxi for searching alternative accommodation. The hotel reception staff was very rude, arrogant and adamant. All four of us are senior citizens with multiple medical ailment and senior army and police officers. The hotel compelled us to roam around the city till midnight for searching another hotel. The hotel caused us physical and mental trauma besides financial loss.

Refusal of providing confirmed booking .

Pros:

Staff was not cooperative. Room service was excellent.

Cons:

Bathroom towel was torn and not cleaned properly. , I requested them to allow me 2 more hours as I had train at 3:00 pm, but they were asking not reasonable charges but huge one. So I had to left the room with my family in such chilling hot days.
