Good stay outside the park
Pros:

This is a newly constructed property and is very good. The food provided was good, slightly oily, but it is probably expected at an outside place. The staff was courteous.

Pros:

Very basic but good location for what we needed

Cons:

Very long wait for the food ordered - they intimated it was being cooked fresh on site however we saw it arriving on the back of a moterbike

Pros:

Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich sauber und sowohl Stechmücken- als auch sandflies frei.
Bett war bequem, WIFI überragend (superschnell). Besitzer ist ortskundig (sollte man eigentlich erwarten ist aber nicht immerso) und von daher in der Lage alles zu organisieren (Taxi,Safari) Keine Abzocke. Tip das Gharial center zu besuchen und Taxiarrangement diesbezgl. sehr gut.

Cons:

1-2 nicht indische Gerichte für empfindliche Mägen. Eine 2te Ablagemöglichkeit. Toilettenpapier vor Ankunft überprüfen und ggf. 2te Rolle im Vorfeld bereitstellen

Excellent stay ⭐
The host was incredibly kind and always available. He helped us arrange everything, great contacts, taxis for activities and to Jaipur, which made our stay really easy.
He also shared fascinating stories about the region. The food was absolutely delicious!
Quiet place with beautiful architecture. Highly recommend!

Great hospitality and ease for safari
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. Manish was very helpful with booking the safari made the process very easy. All the staff were very welcoming and the food was good.

Underbar, serviceminded personal, som tog hand om oss. Utsökt mat som lagades med kärlek och gjorde våra måltider minnesvärda. Rent, snyggt och välvårdat. Fantastiska ägare som till och med healade min fot 🙏 Ett hotell som jag verkligen rekommenderar. Tack från Christian, Maria och Ramona.

Value for money facility.
Pros:

The owner was very friendly, arranged my safari trip, did not insisted payment has to be done immediately, and small things like walking up with me to the safari pick up point, since the place was dark etc.

Cons:

No nearby grocery stores etc. location is a bit inside from the highway, hence I was dependent on the staff if I needed anything

This place is an absolute winner! Location is perfect for the safari tours and is also tucked away in a quiet spot only a short walk from the shops.

Nice rooftop and insane food menu! (Butter paneer was next level!)

Even has free breakfast for what was one of the cheapest stays.

Manish shared some amazingly tiger stories with me as he lived there such a long time, truly amazing place and people. 100% recommend.

A homely place to stay
Pros:

Owner Manish is a perfect host, cooperative, supportive and helpful.. he takes efforts to keep the place neat and tidy and caters to the needs of the guests effortlessly.

Cons:

The approach to this place , about 450 meters from the main road is deserted, littered and dirty( public road ) and full of stray dogs.. walking to the main road to catch the tiger safari early in the morning is a challenging experience .. it would be nice if they could arrange a drop off vehicle ( at a cost of course) .
