I recently booked 4 rooms here (including a Queen Suite and 3 individual rooms) for a group stay, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. For the premium price they charge, you expect basic comfort and decency, but this place failed on every single level.
Here is exactly what was wrong with our stay:
Disgusting Hygiene: The moment we walked into the rooms, we were shocked. The bedsheets were visibly dirty, and the pillow covers were covered in grime and dirt. It felt like they hadn't been washed in weeks.
Ancient, Broken Amenities: In 2026, this hotel is still using old, bulky box TVs. To make matters worse, they didn't even work, and some of our rooms didn't have a TV at all.
Plumbing & Power Failures: There were frequent power cuts throughout our stay. The water taps were broken, leaving us with absolutely no running water.
Safety Hazards: The door locks on some of our rooms were broken. We felt completely unsafe leaving our belongings in the rooms, let alone sleeping there.
Abysmal Customer Service: When we went to complain, one of the receptionists was incredibly rude. They have absolutely no idea how to speak to clients, showing zero empathy or willingness to fix the issues.
A warning to anyone reading reviews for this place: Do not be fooled by the high ratings. It is glaringly obvious that most of the good reviews here are completely fake and written by the hotel management itself to trap unsuspecting guests.
Save your money, your sanity, and your health—stay somewhere else. This place is an overpriced scam.
