Pros:

service is poor. food is over rated and bills are always mismatch. extra bill generated on order not done. the good thing is the higher female workers. they are also good in behaviour.

Cons:

the management is bad mouth. hospitality is not there atall. staff is not trained for hospitality services especially the front desk. males of the hotel do not know how to deal with guests.
