The location is arguably the best part of this hotel. It’s within walking distance of Chennai Central Station (if you don’t have much luggage) and close to the Metro Station, which is very convenient. I just stayed for the night, as I had to catch a train very early morning.
The room and bathroom were basic and could definitely use some maintenance. Although they claim to have 24/7 hot water, I couldn’t get any in the morning and had to take a cold shower.
Staff were courteous and helpful.
It was also quite noisy at night—someone in the room above kept moving furniture, which made it hard to sleep.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the stay could have been much better with proper upkeep and noise control.
Rooms and bathrooms could do with some maintenance, respect the guests and silence after 10pm, and not have any noisy activities during sleeping time

I havn't take breakfast. Location is good but the lane is dirty.
The lane to the hotel is dirty but it is not in the hand of this property.
El hotel está muy cerca del metro, de varias estaciones de autobuses urbanos y de la estación de tren, lo que hace muy fácil los desplazamientos tanto por el país como en la propia ciudad. El hotel está muy nuevo, el personal es muy atento, la habitación era espaciosa y limpia. El desayuno te lo traen de fuera para que te lo puedas tomar en la habitación. Era tipo hindú, muy completo, con badas, samba, semolina con especias... todo estaba muy rico. Cerca hay varios restaurantes para poder cenar.
El callejón por el que se accede al hotel desde la avenida principal es estrecho y un poco oscuro, aunque seguro.
Respectful, friendly and helpful
Hi level of service for the price. High level of staffing for number of rooms. Breakfast was included but not advertised. Room service was at cost and in partnership with niegherhood business. Keep in mind that this an Indian hotel your room will look better on the inside.
Westerners would call this street ally way except other hotels and shops and line these little streets with mostly 2 wheeler traffic.
Good stay. Very helpful staff. Near centre.
