Bad experience.
Pros:

The location is good and room size is decent.

Cons:

The staff there is a bunch people who have zero sense of talking to customers. They are mostly young guys. There is one oldest of them, Tilak Raj, who talks to guests as if he is scolding the guest. I had to warn him to be careful in his tone while talking to me.

Otherwise horrible room service. On 14th March 2026 around at 17:15 hrs. I requested for something to eat to Tilak Raj. He bluntly refused without any explanation.

The next day, they refused breakfast at all. Again without any explanation.

Then, another day, they said there was nothing for lunch.

The problem is not there refusal but how they do it!

Wasted time going out to eat.

The bed sheets were torn. Even the replacement ones.

For the first time in my life, I saw a hotel with torn curtains!

I am not a frequent visitor. But hope, Booking.com will help me in genuine booking also in future.
Pros:

Not tested any food items so it can be wrong to offer any comments. Location wise good.

Cons:

First of all I would like to thank Booking.com helping me in a genuine booking. 100% amenities tallied with the booking conditions. Hotel Shree - Room size small but neat and clean. Appropriate for 2 adults and one small child. Staff very prompt on call. Small kitchen, prepare selected food items only on demand but no snacks like Pakoda or Samosa. No eatery stalls in the market like Delhi. If exploring for budget hotels in and around Hisar Bus Stand and Railway Station, it may be better option for someone.

The location was in the market itself ... this made it easier for us to explore around .The hotel was clean and worth the money .

Pros:

On reaching, we r informed that our booking is cancelled. Though we were given room but We were given smaller room than what we booked.

Cons:

Booking.com should be more careful in future to avoid such happenings.
