Very good
Pros:

Arun was very friendly and helpful,the place was super clean,hot water was good.
Overall a good experience

Cons:

Traffic noise. No blackout curtains.A/C was a bit noise and not very cool

Delightful Experience
Pros:

Its convenient location near Calangute and Condolim. The rooms were impeccably clean, which was a big plus for me. Moreover, Mr. Arun Kumar Das assistance and guidance in arranging city tours added an extra layer of hospitality to the stay.

Cons:

Very bad services, water stopped working the day we checked in. There was power cut so they made us move to some other hotel for one night honestly that hotel was better than this one.. Again made us move back next day. No plates none of the tv work. No privacy. Don't go with the pictures

The room was good and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small. That's the only negative thing that we felt. Rest everything was good and satisfying.

Arun great! Room nice but we paid too much. Power was ultimate let down
Pros:

Arun!! absolutely 💯 he was such a nice guy and he worked so hard. Anything we needed he sorted.

Cons:

When we booked we didn’t have much choice because in calangute all properties where fully booked. we found ultimate and I didn’t notice the service charge so because of new year and the service charge I paid £60 a night for a £20 hotel.

We like to be out early and out all day then come back have our meal then watch tv because we don’t drink. Disappointing no uk channels only one National geographic.

Power cuts where really annoying going off every 10 mins until my husband had had enough and he said something to the manager and low and behold the power stayed on.

Pros:

they were really helpful, from arrival to departure every time I needed stuff they took the time to explain, finding me a scooter, food, ATM etc. Arun das, the person working reception is the best, an absolute sweetheart. loved having a balcony. really close to the beach with some places to eat on the beach. it was all I needed :)

Great hotel next to the beach
Pros:

Awesome room with balcony. Very clean facilities. Perfect value for money. 5 min walk to the beach. The receptionists Arun Das is super friendly. You can get in touch with him day and night regarding any questions or issues. He will solve it in the best way. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
