Bathroom was not cleaned for months. Door of the room does not work. No glasses in side room TV set top box does not work. Two times changed. No milk powder for tea. Decorating lamps lighting entire night. But the provided curtains for windows not sufficient light is falling inside room
Sinceiarity in work
Nothing at all really. It was not clean, bathroom was very smelly and dirty.
Smelly washroom, rude staff, room was not ready even when we checked in at 6 pm.
Location, food
Cleanliness needs to improve. The extra duvet and the pillows were smelly. The shower area needs to be enclosed with glass partition, otherwise the whole bathroom gets wet.

A clean room. The attached restaurant served excellent food.
Nothing particular. The hotel is outside the city center. A bit inconvenient but quiet instead.
This is very nice for family stay and services
We didn't find many good options in Sagar. This hotel is one of the reasonably decent options right on highway. Grand palace was also having big banquet garden and function hall.
We booked 2 delux rooms which were having large glass windows and front view of hotel.
Food was good. Breakfast was included in our price and serving portion was filling.
Location was bit outskirts from city and lake side. There is nothing nearby in walking distance.
Hotel restaurant was vegetarian like most other places in MP and UP, this is not exactly negative but mentioning here for information.

Grand Palace is such a nice place to stay. We were
travelling with infant and our Dog,Coco. Their rooms are neat and clean
