Good but need attention on house keeping
Pros:

I liked the property surroundings with well maintained greenery and suitable beds in all 3 rooms in the villa.

Cons:

Daily house keeping was not provided which by default any hotel would provid like changing the bedsheets, towels, door mats and cleaning the rooms.

Enjoyed staying every bit of it.

Room. Is very clean and supportibe staff. Well. Maintained. Good for family and freinds also. Highly recommended

The attached restaurant contains only few items and the hotel staff not allowing outside food and beverage is giving bad impact.

Staff hospitality was good!
Pros:

The villa has 3 bedrooms which were perfect for my family of 6. 45min away to Basilica of Bom Jesus and near to Miramar beach (by car). Toiletries, towels and mineral bottles were provided.

Cons:

Cleanliness lack. I was told housekeeping is done based on request which was new to me. Anyway, they changed the doormats and added towels upon request. Comforter has stain & the unit was dusty. I was informed that I cant pay my deposit using Visa or any foreign cards due to the system down for the past 10 days. It would have been greater if the person in charge inform me earlier when they were texting me hours prior to arrival in regard to deposit. Booking.com mentioned about paying at the property while the villa staff asked to pay before arrival which was hours before. That was inconvenient for me as i was travelling from different state at that time. If i knew they need a deposit, i would have paid via booking.com in advance. But the matter resolved somehow after speaking to the Manager.

Excellent Villas in Goa at reasonable cost for small groups.
Pros:

Overall, it was an excellent stay for a small group in a villa. Swimming pool was ideal for few hours of leisure activities. Complementary buffet breakfast was decent. Live dosa and egg counter served us well. Staff was attentive and cooperative. The property manager Mr. Kiran ensured that we didn't have any difficulties during our stay. The restaurant staff went out of way to pack a basic breakfast for 8 of us for an early morning check-out.
