We didn’t stay

Cons:

They not follow the procedure of the booking after I booked my room from booking.come I follow the instructions I call privately to confirm that my booking is correct and confirm.after we reach the hotel they still not mention that what you booked is not available they take us to single room and we notice that we don’t book so over all that was so inconvenient and disappointing for us

Disappointing stay in Gondal.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was ok by India standard.

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful. They were sleeping on the floor when we checked out and didn't even bother to stir.

I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Clean, friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

No breakfast available in the hotel, although staff did say they could get it delivered to the room. Staff did say they are working on it. Their restaurant is only two doors away. It opens at 12pm and serves good food

Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location and very helpful staff

Cons:

No hot water for shower (but could have a lukewarm-cold shower or a hot bucket bath). Staff were helpful in explaining this.

Would visit again in a heartbeat
Pros:

We really liked our room that faced away from the road. The facilities were very good, hot water, internet, comfortable bed and cool lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I hope they add a restaurant in the future.

The room, the cleanliness, the location were wonderful. The staff need to SMILE and be pleasant towards their guests.
Pros:

Everything was great. It was wonderfully clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff, all male, were VERY unfriendly. Not a smile amongst them. Not a pleasant word. Customer service for a hospitality business was very very poor and needs to be improved upon dramatically.
