upkeep and facilities need to be maintained -location is excellent
Pros:

location : excellent, just in front of the Bhutan gate. I booked it on a short notice, just because of the location.

Cons:

upkeep and maintenance: poor. bathroom fixtures were not good, leaking health faucet, half of the floor under construction, breakfast starts very late... 7..7:30am is expected.
also took some time to locate my booking through booking.com, but they gave the room at the booked cost.
staff was courteous - no complaints on that

It’s very good for atleast one night stay
Pros:

Location : very close to entry terminal, restaurant and bank ATM just in 200m. Maneger and staffs are good.

Cons:

Need to upgrade especially washroom. More hygiene and cleaning.

Pros:

Good for a night if you are going to Bhutan.
Basic hotel with hot water.
The owner amd the staff are friendly.
They got good cheap food too.

Cons:

It's old and worn out amd needs a bit of a clean up, specially in the toilet. But it's fine for the price.

Check room amenities before booking.
Pros:

Closeness to Bhutan

Cons:

At the time of booking, we didn't know that the rooms do not have ACs. When we found out and we wanted to upgrade (on payment of applicable rate) they said they wont allow. As per your website plenty of AC rooms were available but they didn't allow. This is what bothered us the entire stay.
