There was shortage of food due to a gas crisis but the same was not experienced at other places in the city, only in this hotel. Few of the staff behaviour and effort can have improvement.

Comfortable but ruined by the crooks at reception.
Pros:

Too much chilli. Only focused on indian community.

Cons:

The front office staff have got a fraud going on by always creating fictitious bills on checkout to take advantage of the rush. We were overbilled by about usd 100.
Very unscrupulous people.

Pros:

Rooms were good, but the staff was quite slow.

Cons:

The hotel did not offer a luggage transfer service. The parking facility was located underground, requiring us to carry all of our bags independently.

Disappointing experience. Felt let down.
Pros:

Sandhya at the reception was friendly, professional and accomodating.

Cons:

Most of the other staff seem to be lacking hospitality skills - from security guards to the chef to person in charge of the morning buffet.
The buffet spread was not all that great. Tea was horrible. Waiting period at welcome drink counter was too long.
Bathroom was horrible, room cleanliness was pathetic, bathroom exhaust did not work.
