Pros:

Rooms were good, but the staff was quite slow.

Cons:

The hotel did not offer a luggage transfer service. The parking facility was located underground, requiring us to carry all of our bags independently.

Disappointing experience. Felt let down.
Pros:

Sandhya at the reception was friendly, professional and accomodating.

Cons:

Most of the other staff seem to be lacking hospitality skills - from security guards to the chef to person in charge of the morning buffet.
The buffet spread was not all that great. Tea was horrible. Waiting period at welcome drink counter was too long.
Bathroom was horrible, room cleanliness was pathetic, bathroom exhaust did not work.

Cons:

Firstly, I had significant issues connecting to Wi-Fi from my laptop, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the QR code for the midnight food menu was not functioning properly, and I was unable to get any details regarding the reception contact numbers that night. As a result, I ended up going to bed hungry.

On the second day, I faced similar issues with the QR code scan, and after several attempts to contact the reception, I finally reached someone who informed me about the available food items. However, when I called back after waiting, I was told that they had forgotten to confirm.

Moreover, I was disappointed with housekeeping services. I noticed that my room did not have adequate supplies such as shower gel and tissue paper, and I had to constantly check and request them. In addition, the room itself did not smell pleasant.

Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I regret to say that I do not feel my stay was worth the money paid.

Pros:

Loved the wholesome experience impressed by stunning decor, the front desk staff Sandhya and Gouri very professional and always ready to help with smile. Had a wonderful breakfast. Overall good experience.
