Large spacious rooms but the staff need to be more courteous to guests and not lock them in repeatedly.
Pros:

A large family room with 3x beds was good value for money.

Cons:

The room was great but we were locked on the rooftop over 3 times by the staff, which meant we had to scream for help until someone came to unlock the door. Despite telling them to STOP locking us on the roof they continued to do it which was incredibly distressing and meant we had to wait on staff to come and get us before leaving the hotel every day!

Pros:

In Kelwara town there is 4 or 5 hotels. Just check the best for you. You will find it with no need to book in advance.The price on web is really overprice for its quality. Just arrive and try to find the one you like. Surroundings Khumbalgargh there is more than 20 hotels... No hot water. No wifi. No changing bed sheets. Young guy working very attent to your needs. Hotel receptionist not so kind.

Cons:

There is better hotels in town more much cheaper. Just are not on the web
