last stretch of route is dangerous,they should close it,as transport facility is available,literally they can put danger sign and mentioning don't cross this line,route is very bad

Only stay here if you have no other option.
Pros:

The drive towards the hotel was beautiful with tea and coffee plantations and mountains all sides with lake in the middle. Very scenic views. Except for the final road which leads to the hotel. You need a safe 4x4 good vehicle to be able to make it safely to the hotel.

Cons:

The road to the hotel final few kilometres were impossible to drive. There is no network connection so easy to get lost. Hotel has no network and poor wifi connection. Staff don’t understand English or Hindi so be prepared. Cleanliness is hit and miss. I checked in and out within a couple of hours as I felt very uncomfortable.

Good - adventurous enjoyable moments
Pros:

Pleasant location with lush green areas, clean rooms, supportive and courteous staff, provided good vegetarian food customized as requested, helped in planning and executing the return to Coimbatore Airport like booking of vehicle etc.

Cons:

Sports room to be improved, SPA can be added, communication regarding reaching the venue could have been elaborated like no lifts avaibale, rough patch of lanes for the last 1.5 km or so, etc. Suggest that when the tourist arrives, provide a card giving information like NIGHT SAFARI for watching elephants, points to be covered like trekking areas, Swimming pool timings, bon fire availablitiy etc.
