Good facility is required
Pros:

The location is very nearby to Ksrtc depot and to the main road, it is very convenient to plan sightseeing locations and for pickups and drops

Cons:

They said they will provide hot water facility 2-3 hours morning and evening, but in our 2 days stay we never got hot water in evening. And TV was not worked, they said some issue with cable operators. No phone facility available in room, anything we want from them, we will come all the way to reception and ask.

Pros:

The Location and the view from the stay... though every room may not give the view of tea garden... Courteous staff and good food...

No facilities for camp fire...and may be not recommended for large groups..

Cons:

Overpriced.Lack of facilities.Hot water was not available my 6yr old kid suffered a lot.Lot of noises from staff side not able to take rest after the long drive.

Breakfast is good and homely taste. Service of the staff is good and polite in nature
