Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated with classic wood furnishings, spacious, huge windows with a daybed to look at the amazing view, super delicious restaurant.

Limited food options, the site mentioned that place has two restaurants, but there is only one.
The hotel staff is incredibly helpful, which significantly enhances the overall rating of the hotel. The location is good, adding to its appeal. However, there is room for improvement in the food menu, as adding more variety would elevate the dining experience.

One room that we took was inside, and that is dark compared to the mountain view and garden view room

Beautiful stay with a slice of Kashmir
The property indeed reminded of Kashmiri heritage. The interiors and furnishings were authentic. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Shout out to Mithun (chef), Shambu and Shahid who took good care and made the trip memorable.
Property is nestled between the tea gardens and the location is ideal to visit places.

Still needs to mature. The bathroom was completely blocked and wouldn't flush.
