Familiale, avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Hôtel simple, familiale avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant et toujours prêt à vous aider. Le restaurant juste à côté (même bâtiment) est super bon en plus d'être charmant ! Hôtel calme et bien situé.

Great few days at Hotel Pison. Basic but clean, spacious rooms, hot water bathrooms. We were very happy!

Pros:

早朝到着し、アーリーチェックインが可能か聞くと差額を払ってデラックスルームにアップグレードするなら可能とのことで対応してもらった。シャワーは熱いお湯がしっかり出た。地下のカフェが美味しくてオシャレで値段も安い。

Cons:

とにかく古い。バスタブは割れとカビがひどく、水捌けも最悪。シャワーを浴びるだけで湯船に湯がどんどん溜まっていく為、水たまりに浸かった状態でシャワーを浴びることになる。天井もカビだらけなので上は見ない方が良い。チェックイン後部屋に入ったら大量の蚊が飛んでおり、スタッフに頼んで殺虫剤を借りないと過ごせなかった。また、トイレの小窓が廊下に面して開いているので、用を足す音が外に丸聞こえになる。私の部屋はフロントすぐ後ろだった為、かなり気を使った。

Perfect for visiting Toraja
Pros:

We stayed for three days and two nights and left completely delighted. The staff was truly exceptional — the two ladies at reception were always friendly and smiling, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean. It’s a simple space, but more than enough for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or have its own restaurant, but there’s a lovely café-restaurant right next door that makes up for it. A great combination overall!

Basic start for Toraja country.
Pros:

Good location and nice staff. The coffee place just downstairs is certainly on of the best and most authentic in Rantepao.

Amazing staff, great value for little money
Pros:

The staff is amazing, so kind and very helpful. They allowed us to check-in hours in advance for free and help us a lot with all our requests.
The room is very good value, beds are clean and comfortable, so it is the bathroom (which is pretty basic but good enough).
The fan did a good job to substitute a always more convenient AC.
Coffee downstairs and the restaurant close to Pison hotel are good options for a good meal.
The location is pretty convenient.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
The bathroom is a bit basic and the fan a bit noisy, but nothing really serious.

Amazing hotel with excellent reception and fresh awesome coffees on offer

The staff was amazing and in particular the very popular restaurant on the lower floor offers super fruit and excellent coffee beans, best espresso ever. The location of the hotel is just perfect, we loved it

Pros:

Basic but clean and nice hotel. A/c in the rooms. Great staff. They don't serve breakfast but there is an attached coffe where you can eat very very well. Is beside hotel Pias Poppies, a good choice for dinner.

Comfortable stay in Rantepao
Pros:

Friendly staff. Room was big and clean, and had a balcony with a nice view. The wifi was really good, best in any hotel/hostel I've stayed in on my trip so far. The restaurant downstairs had good food for breakfast and dinner. The location is good, about a ten minute walk from supermarkets and ATMs, but about twenty minutes to the centre. Aircon worked well. They let me check in late when my bus was delayed which I really appreciated.

Cons:

It was quite loud, there was not much soundproofing so I could hear children playing loudly in the reception, dogs barking, cockrels crowing, cars/bikes honking, people talking. So a good pair of earplugs is needed. They also didn't do laundry, but there was a laundrette about a five minute walk away which did my laundry well and fast. Shower didn't seem to work properly late at night, but just enough to shower.

Great value for money
Pros:

Ladies in reception and restaurant were adorable and very helpful! The hotel itself has all it requires - A/C, 5G wifi, hot water, on site restaurant and senseful staff.

Cons:

It gets loud quite early as the hotel is situated in a very populous neighbourhood and next to the church.
