Suasana jepangnya suka banget, nyaman, dan pelayanannya baik dan ramah, respon cepat, cek in cek out cepat, dr security, resepsionis, semua ramah. Kamar bersih dan ac dingin, fasilitas toilet ok, fasilitas hotel untuk kolam renang jg aman buat anak, hanya saja waktu pagi sudah ada yg berenang anak2 lari di koridor berasa ganggu banget. Hanya saja Area parkir kurang luas saat musim liburan/weekend. Kemarin sampe parkir valley, tp oke aja sih sebenernya tp jd g bisa keluar lg nikmati batu

Fasilitasnya banyak dan kids friendly. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih dan staf yg ramah.
The Location was good for where we needed to get to.
Nice open air garden.
Breakfast was nice, we had no problems.
The staff were nice and helpful.
Room was small, we had a twin bed room, the beds took up a good part of the room, going from one side of the room to the other, so to get to the bed near the window you had to climb over the other bed, there was no room to walk past one bed to get to the other one.
The hotel had 3 swimming pools, but all child pools.
Why not have one of them as an adult pool.

I love the concept of kontena (the rooms are made by contena), it's very tidy and clean. They have mountain view near the restaurant and there are few places that allowed you to take nice photos.
Never book massage service from this hotel. We wanted to massage somewhere near the hotel but fully booked, hence we got no choice and book from the hotel but the massagists arrived quite late and the way they massage was like "touch and go". We paid for 2hours but ended up they only "massage" for 1hour and 15mins...
The hotel have a lot of photo spot, their staff so responsive
