Very very bad Behaviour of front desk

Nothing I liked, rather I was misbehaved by the front desk staff MUKESH (as the name told by a hotel boy)

Cons:

Last week I have visited Rameswaram, after booking a room at Right Choice Hotels through Booking.com. We reached there early morning which was told to the hotel just after booking from Kolkata and also previous day about our early morning arrival. But after reaching the property the Receptionist MUKESH name also I don't know whether actual or not straight denied that nothing like that any booking in his record. I asked him to show their register, he was reluctant to show, but I complained to show after showing the record in my phone, found it is very well written in the register. Then he gave a room key to way waiter to show, found very dirty, asked to show another room then he told I've to pay Rs.1200 extra for which he will not give any receipt. I asked him why he will not give the receipt, he started shouting on me and came out as if he is going to hit me, asked me to get out from the hotel he will not give any room.

My family was not interested to stay there any more, so went to a hotel Nila where got a good room with very nice behaviour.

I during my life visited many places in India and abroad, but never found a person sitting at front desk have such type of behaviour. Therefore before before going to this hotel think it over 10 times. I'm also taking up this case with the owner of this hotel who is staying at his hotel at Madurai.
