Pros:

Smoking allowed in rooms
At 3.00 AM our room was completed filled with cigarette smoke, had to blast the AC and ceiling fan . Very steep stairs unsuitable for older people.
They don’t provide extra towels , only one set of towels every 24 hours.
No bottled water , only upon request and then they’re unsealed bottles.
This Fabexpress hotel is not suited for foreign travellers.
I would not recommend to anyone.
Very hard to get Uber/OLA in this vicinity

Nice for quick stay
Pros:

We only stayed one night and the people we very nice. They even helped us get ruppees when our debit card didnt work. It is in an especially busy street, but we couldnt hear most of the noise once we were in our room. The stairs to get in are very steep & narrow, but they will help you bring up your luggage.
