Worse decision ever made to stay there

Cons:

No customer service. Cockroaches near food. Constant blackouts. Construction that was not informed about. Facilities were broken and damaged. Door bell kept ringing numerous times even at night and no one at the door. Staff not happy when you ask anything. Keep delivering food from room service without even asking for it and saying that it will be still charged. Washrooms super slippery. Slipped and hit my toe on the damaged door and it started to bleed asked for a handiplast and was told that they don’t have. Booked King room with Garden view & got Deluxe room with street view instead and when asked why they said it was Booking.com issue. If I had not paid for all 6 days in advance would have ran away from there after the first night. List can go on but to sum it up waste of money & not fit for staying!

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

Rooms were no soundproof as I can here everything of next room while sleeping in my own room.
