Bathroom has no sink. No soap or body wash. My bed looked like someone just slept in it. I noticed pieces of hairs.

Cons:

The first room I was given didn't have any windows and had a bunch of insects crawling. The wifi in the room didn't work. Cleaning was once per week. I asked for a room with a window and it was granted. The room with the window had a leaky pipe in the bathroom that leaked all day. Both the wifi and the crawling insects were a little better on this second floor room. Since the hotel is in between two mosques it was tough to get any peace while working during their prayer times. There's no kitchen in either tower or an electric kettle for guests to use. The only reason to stay is the low price and friendly staff. I would highly recommend paying a little more for a different accommodation.

A part of this money I pay on the line for booking.com .😡
and i gave rp 100000 deposit,
they didn't give back my deposit when I check out😡
no towel + no sleepers 🩴
and it was not clean🦠,🤑
not drink water 🥛
not toothbrush 🪥
not window in room 🪟
No mirror in bathroom 🪞
The bed sheet was dirty 😈
under the bed was full of rubbish it was so dirty🥶

Unpleasant attempt to charge extra when checking in, noisy, but otherwise clean and comfortable
Pros:

Clean, new place with strong aircon and hot water. Great selection of street food nearby.

Cons:

Worst thing was that despite having paid full in advance when booking, the receptionist tried telling me I had paid less and must pay an extra 100.000 Rp!
Of course I refused.

Noise from nearby mosques and chatter in the corridors got into the room unhindered somehow.
No soap, shampoo provided, no towel-hanger in the bathroom.
