Pros:

お部屋から、浅間山を望むことができお部屋も快適でした。大浴場もとても気持ちよかったです。
佐久平の駅にも近く、ロケーションも抜群でした。館内の食事処で夕食をいただきました。
周りにも飲食店が多くありますので、便利です。
隣にファミリーマートも有り、なに不自由なく快適に滞在できました。

Cons:

有料で構わないので、レギュラーコーヒーの販売機が欲しかったです。

各部屋で空調設備をコントロールできない。部屋のシャワーに洗顔料がない。
Pros:

佐久平駅から歩いてすぐ。隣にファミリーマートがあり便利。

Cons:

空調設備が暖房のみ。窓を開けても暑く蒸し風呂のような部屋で全く快適ではなかった。
お風呂に入っていない状態で暑かった為、スーパー銭湯で疲れをとるために湯船に浸かりたかったけど、部屋の暑さを考えるとできなかった。フロントに扇風機はないか？と聞いたら、全て貸し出していて無いとあっさり言われるだけ。扇風機が必要な宿泊客が多数いるのに、暖房だけしか使えないなんて、宿泊客への配慮が無いとしか言えない。
