I liked the property from outside. The vast lawns, and the rooms from outside looked spectacular. The staff was hospitable. Location was good too.
The room isn't worth the money at all. From sub par furnishings and fittings to no toiletries, everything about the room was too average.
Dining is fine with good staff and tasty food.
Rooms are big.
The only drawback I can think of is Lift for higher floors.

The premise of property and the food was good.
The service part needs to be more prompt and quick. Called twice or thrice to get the glasses and kettle in the room.
No arrangement for the personal chauffeur (driver) to stay inside the campus so it was a little inhumane on the part of the management.
The resort was very clean and green and tucked away at a distance from Ramnagar hence away from city noise. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and took very good care of us. The rooms were cozy and comfortable.
They should have dormitory facilities for drivers who bring guests from outside locations. Plus they should improve their Wi-fi strength and also should purchase a premium pack for their set up box tv as the channels were very less.
