Perfect hotel at Dharamshala center
Pros:

Good breakfast (comparing other 4 stars hotel)
Hotel very close to city center

Cons:

Very hard entrance with a car (for baggage drop off or pickup.
Manager tried to overcharge (free water or tried to add 3% for card payment insyead of cash).

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. The owner is very nice and friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. It was a great hotel stay and I would highly recommend.

Cons:

The walk to the hotel is a bit steep for some people but it's a small inconvenience.

Safe and peaceful stay
Pros:

I got an upgrade for my room and absolutely loved it! I was a solo traveler but I felt very safe. The staff and hotel owner are friendly and very polite..They catered to all my needs without any issue and ensured that I am comfortable.

Excelente !! Una atención realmente espectacular. Volvería siempre. Un ambiente cálido y familiar.♥️ Atendido directamente por sus dueños. Solucionan todo amablemente. Y la comida es muy saludable . 🍴🍜Podrás saborear comidas de 🇮🇳 India , Tibet y Americana 🇺🇸 . A menos de 5 minutos del Templo de Su Santidad Dalai Lama y de main market en McLoad Ganj.

Outstanding experience at Hotel Norbu
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Norbu in early January and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish - friendly, attentive and the staff was always willing to help. The decor of the rooms and hotel was thoughtfully designed with Tibetan style throughout. The room was very comfortable, clean and beautifully designed making it easy to relax and enjoy the spectacular view from our balcony. The on-site restaurant provided delicous food and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Overall, Hotel Norbu exceeded my expectations and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. Special thanks to the outstanding staff and owners.

מלון מקסים במיקום מעולה קרוב להכל. ממליץ בחום!!!
Pros:

אחד המלונות המשפחתיים והחמים שיצא לנו להיות בהם. נוף מדהים מהחדר, מידי פעם רואים קופים מהמרפסת וזה מוסיף מאוד לחוויה של הודו.
המיקום מעולה, מרוחק מהרעש אבל עדין מאוד קרוב להכל 2 דקות הליכה ממרכז העיר. יחס חם מצוות המלון והבעלים מקסים שידרג לנו את החדר ללא עלות ובנוסף לקחנו רק לילה אחד ורצינו להוסיף עוד שתי לילות והם היו ממש גמישים. ממליץ בחום על המלון הזה!!

שום דבר למעט עלייה קטנה של בערך דקה ביציאה למרכז העיר. לנו לא הפריע בכלל ממש בקטנה. (מלון מעולה אחד הטובים שהיינו)

Very comfortable hotel with extremely kind owners
Pros:

The people running the hotel were very kind. The room was nice and big, and they provide free snacks (!). The internet was fantastic, and the bed very comfortable. Room was cleaned very well every day, and breakfast was outstanding with a delicious buffet including fruits, cereals, bread, idli, paratha, cakes, bao buns, juices, lassi and so much more. Even peanut buffer and pancakes! The hotel was very close to the entrance of the Dalai Lama temple. The personnel was extremely kind: when I shifted from Yewang Hotel (which they also own) to Norbu House, they moved my luggage to my room while I was away for the day. They were also very kind when I broke my elbow on a trek.
