Beds and toilets

Cons:

Terrible reception staff, ac not working, TV's not working, power going off very often, so called restaurant not functioning properly, taxi service terribly late and above all not professional at all....NEVER COMING BACK....

Stay was good overall. Staff behaviour could be improved

Cons:

The front desk staff they should be trained well to welcome the guests and to take care of the guests....I will not suggest this hotel to any of my relatives or friends..guard and the staff who served the breakfast specially the girl I forgot her name (may be radhika)they were quite friendly...

Ok for a Quick night stay.
Pros:

It was right next to the highway, so easy to get in and get out...... enroute Kozhikode from Ernakulam.

Cons:

Very loud Music on the higher floors till 2330h, was very disturbing inside the room....... the walls were reverberating! Wanted to sleep early and move out early........
Parking was hard to get by as whole lot of vehicles and drunk men are around till 2315h, making it difficult to park your vehicle.

Great Value for money
Pros:

It is value for money. Large spacious room for a great price. Town is just 2 kms away and by auto it costs just ₹40/- to reach town centre. The location itself is good with few restaurants including a couple of basic vegetarian restaurants and excellent bakerys available within 150 to 200 metres from this hotel.

Cons:

Hotel still provides only soap instead of shower gel. Showergel and liquid Handwash should be provided. Toilet rolls are not checked at the time of housekeeping and each time we had to call them up to provide it
