The room was very clean, spacious, staff were all very friendly and was a very short walk to the beach. WiFi was excellent, near beach shacks etc (recommended cafe morjim, and their fish Thali). Very short walk to store for water etc to your right. Genuinley great stay, comfortable bed and lovely place to stay with great price!

The room was in a decent area.
The room wasn't very neat. The sheets had stains and the towels were not bleached.
There was not hot water either. Overall, for the cost, not worth it.

Stay was phenomenal. Staff were very friendly and exceptional. Service was excellent. Location is also very convenient. Very close to the beach.
Some facilities could be better like the shower wasn't functioning well or the hot water wasn't available all the time etc. But the issues were minor and doesn't affect the stay in any ways.

Location - very far from everything nothing is nearby , one has to drive pretty far to get essentials.
The restaurant was not functional even though the description said that it was. Pool is small and always full. There was renovation work going on right in front of our door. So no peaceful sleep.
That there was no food service in the hotel.

Despite many previous comments pointing out to cleanliness, I was a bit disappointed. Yes, everything was in general clean and I don’t doubt that bed sheets and towels were washed. Nevertheless all bedsheets and towels had disgusting stains on them, even after asking for new bedsheets.
If they washed their stuff thoroughly and hot, it would have been a 10/10!
Located close to the quiet beach. Personel made cozy atmosphere here and always open to help in any question. Highly recommend!

The location was accessible to the beach
The shower was broken. Despite notifying the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issue. AC was nominally working. Meanwhile, the bed line was unclean too.
Simple rooms, but quiet, and good bed, and AC, so slept well. Small swimming pool is a nice extra. Close to Monjir beach.
For 7K i expected more luxury, but probably the nearness of the beach increases the price
