1. Cockroaches on the bed, which made the room feel unhygienic.
2. Seepage from the washroom ceiling, causing dampness and discomfort.
3. Air conditioner not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable.
4. No proper mattress, which affected basic comfort.
5. Extra cash was taken at check-in, which felt inappropriate.
6. No refund was provided even though I checked out within 30 minutes due to these issues.
I didn’t got the location of the hotel no phone numbers were given where i could talk for address location was wrong there was no such hotel very bad service by booking.com

We paid advance online .. but the owner denied stating that she dont know about online payment so we paid more ..terrible experience ..
I just like the location of the Hotel rest inside the Hotel nothing was worth 5k rupees.
I did not like anything inside the Hotel. While checking they allot a very poor room which was smelling so bad after complaining I was about to leave the hotel then they provide one more room which was good but the cupboard was very dirty inside and broken we didn't use that.
The hotel was under construction and no one at the entire property to assist us and they didn't gave us any room

Even though it was off season, the prop was well maintained. Located on the main road, it’s very centrally located.

While check in and check out there was no one at the receptions , which led to delay both times.

The host lady from Austria. She was very welcoming and soft spoken. She was the only reason I stayed there and also because I paid the full amount in advance.
Entry and reception area. It was too dark. There were others staying and they were making too much noise in late night. Also the hotel was not near the beach.
