Reception desk is a car crash of piss poor organisation. Check out took twenty minutes before even dealing with payment.
Then the payment system was not working & I had to leave to catch a train. In the days following & under text accusation of skipping the bill I had to arrange alternative payment process in the absence of any resolving activity from the hotel.
Staff are utterly oblivious to their own incompetence & offensiveness.
We were very disappointed with the room condition and overall standards. The pillows were heavily stained, and one was torn open with the filling exposed, which is unhygienic and unacceptable.
In addition, there was no Wi-Fi available in the room; we were told that Wi-Fi could only be used in the reception area. As a family of three with a four-year-old child, this made the stay even more inconvenient and uncomfortable.
Due to the poor cleanliness and lack of basic amenities, we chose to check out early as originally planned. This property needs significant improvements in hygiene, maintenance, and guest services.
