Pros:

The Owner of the property was very humble and gentleman. Though , we cancelled our bookings (2 rooms) after one night stay he accepted our cancellation very politely and without any cancellation penalties. His gesture was excellent and above the business ethics . Good wishes for him .

Cons:

Some renovation works are desired in rooms ...but their current tarrif charges are very competitive as far as location of the property concern... situated at the heart of the Baga (Tito's lane).
