The worst service ever!

Cons:

No basic amenities were provided. Not even a bottle of water, nor any toiletries and not even a blanket. I don't understand why a charge of 1000 rs just for a bed and a fan?

Hell stay I had ever. No blankets are provided. They told tht only for premium customers they are providing blanket. And

The Receptionist there is very disrespectful and disgusting. Waited more than 45 mins for confirmation for room that already confirmed in booking.com.

very bad, was asked to make payments the second time as well.
Cons:

I made the payments online at booking.com, when i reach location they asked me to pay again on property

I end up paying twice for the booking.

I demand for the refund of my money.
