This was our third time visiting this property, now the services are downgraded, blankets didn't provided during this winter January season instead having only one single blanket, person at Reception doesn't bother too much to provide services despite having rude and unprofessional behaviour and no smile on his face and he knows well that we are his regular customers, parking is an Headache and in very narrow space, This time I would say not recommended and they need to improve their services to back on track!!

Yes, as per the booking terms the checkout time is after 13.00 hrs and allow some addition time if you have required,but they forced from 11.00 am I e checkout time is 12.00pm. So we faced problem during stayed

They listened to customer and addressed the issue.

Cons:

Geyser issue, lack of maintenance of everything in the room, electric kettle provided in on room but not in the other similar was the dustbin, TV inoperable due to lack of cell in the remote. The room should have been better, prepared in all aspect, it is irritating to pinpoint individual issues Neither I am visiting here again nor I am recommending it to anyone.

Untidy room

Close to the railway station.

Cons:

Room was not clean. The bedsheet, pillow and towels were having stains and was not cleaned properly. Staff was unprofessional too. Even the cutlery were broken from the edges.
