Pros:

I like staff behaviour staff was very cooperative and polite.
The phone number mentioned at booking.com is not correct. That no belongs to someone else.
We have to roam around about 2 km to finally locate hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is located in very narrow roads of rishikesh. We have to walked about 1 km to reach hotel.
Hotel does not have parking facility.

Simple accommodation, central and quiet.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Good position as it was close to the center of Laxmahn Jhula but tucked away from the main road (so fairly quiet).

Cons:

The room could do with a little refreshing (paint, finings)

bad experience (personal very good) owner cheater.
Pros:

the personal really nice. the owner pathetic, speak bad with us, and try to charge more just because this days around was sold out.

Cons:

the owner speak with us very bad, and only for telephone number.
we do a reservation for 2 days and they want to charge after reservation more because was a festival in rishikesh and was sold out. finally we decided to take another hotel, at 23 pm because ask for crazy quantity of money. finally we find agreement to stay for higher price. but if I’m writing here it’s just for karma. some people need to learn that tourist are not just money.
