TERRIBILE SPERO CHE BOOKING PRENDA PROVVEDIMENTI

Ho avuto un esperienza terribile, struttura fatiscente, la prima ed unica notte trascorsa nella struttura prima di scappare il giorno dopo alla ricerca di un nuovo alloggio verso le 3 della notte io e mia moglie abbiamo iniziato a grattarci, una volta accesa la luce abbiamo trovato cimici da letto e formiche, nella stanza dei miei amici è entrato un topo nel bagno.
Abbiamo contattato l'assistenza clienti booking già durante la notte senza ovviamente poter dormire, la mattina verso 8 sono finalmente arrivati 2 ragazzi della reception ai quali abbiamo fatto presente dell'accaduto e mostrato il letto chiedendo di poter parlare con il responsabile della struttura, alla nostra richiesta ci hanno detto che il proprietario era all'estero.
Contattato tramite messaggistica di Booking senza nemmeno scusarsi ha detto che essendo in un isola è normale che un topo possa entrare (il Bungalow per finestra aveva solo delle pezze) e si è negato nonostante le foto e il video la presenza di cimici.
Esperienza terribile, inconcepibile per persone civili. Allego alla recensione immagini che testimoniano.

Le personnel était adorable.
Tous très gentil et serviable. Nos enfants les ont adorés.
Très proche du port.
Facile d'accès.

Cons:

Literie a changer et proximité de mosquée.
Du bruit a 5h pour les sommeils légers.

Des moments inoubliables et encore merci.
Pros:

Le personnel !!!! Formidable et toujours au petits soins pour chaque demande. Mes enfants se sont attachés aux garçons et c’était même difficile de quitter les lieux. De bons conseils pour les activités (pêche, snorkeling….), et toujours avec le sourire.

Cons:

Peut être que l’établissement devrait avoir un petit coup de rafraîchissement.

Llegamos a ser 5 y estaba genial. Muy practico, el aire funcionaba genial. La ubicación es excelente y el personal majisimo. Si eres joven definitivamente ve a este bungalow

Pros:

The owner staff and bungalow were all brilliant once again I extended my trip here by another night.

Cons:

Unfortunately I was here during Ramadan so the call to prayer was a temporary disturbance but nothing that the hotel did wrong the supplied ear plugs

David won't disappoint.
Pros:

Great staff make you feel very welcome and give you your space, I met the owner David from Switzerland he is really a friendly guy. Rooms are great with comfortable beds and great aircon.

Cons:

The loud speakers playing the call to prayer on late at night and early in the morning but after the first night It didn't bother me but they provide you with ear plugs and it's easy to sleep though like background noise.

Estaba bien ubicado.

Cons:

No había luz natural y el baño estaba sucio. Las paredes no estaban bien aisladas y justo esa noche hizo bastante viento por lo cual parecida que hiciera viento dentro del bungalow.

Saca dinero
Cons:

Hicimos una reserva con ellos para dos noches el mismo día a las 11h de la mañana, y al segundo me di cuenta de que no quería reservar ahí. Se lo comenté al alojamiento al instante y ellos no me contestaron nada hasta las 18h como si solamente se quisieran quedar con mi dinero. No me dieron ninguna solucion, ni siquiera me dejaron cambiar las fechas. Son una vergüenza. No lo recomiendo para nada. Muy mala gestión por su parte, y muy poco comprensivos.
