Very comfortable bed and crisp cotton sheets worthy of a royal visit. Having a toaster and microwave in our room and a selection of jams/spreads and teas and coffee available to us was amazing. Plenty of choice on the dinner menu and the beer was COLD.

Cons:

If you can't manage stairs this may not be the place for you.

We were just passing through for one night. Hay is a pretty town with some beautiful buildings

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean

Cons:

Ordered a beer which was 2 months out of date and the food was awful. Looking forward to a shower after a very long drive but no hot water & no one around to help because it was late.
