The owner of this place was very polite and very helpful. He helped us to get a room at much earlier time than the check in time. Also provided heater for my kid when we entered the hotel. Much appreciated.
The kitchen facilities could be a little better. My parents had to travel back in the morning and for them we needed something to be packed . But that couldn't be made available. Having said that, the quality of the food was good.
I like the hotel room & staff was very cooperative.
Toilet paper should keep in washroom.
Owner Mr Satpal was just a very true host and available for any need and queries around Amritsar, everything was perfect.

Slightly congested lanes during the peak hours to roam around
Hotel is good but if u book throug booking . Com this hotel used my booking for other guest on high rate not allowing check in call me instantly to cancelled saying all is booked.if all was booked where, s my booking that I was I booked.this happened with three times once I was also did my payment. So suggest never to book on booking.comMost hotels on booking. Com do this very bad 👎. Shame on these hotels. If u no availity the n why was showing available on booking. This is not a homestay, but a hotel. If you want a homestay with a family, look elsewhere. If you are happy with a clean, basic, impersonal hotel, this is ok. It has a lift, aircon and hot water. Our room was a bit claustrophobic, quite small and stuffy and no window to the street. Location is not great, but ok. For restaurants, you'll have to walk to the centre, but there is a nice little shop opposite where you get drinks and biscuits.
