Pros:

A localização é realmente muito boa. O espaço é muito bonito, a recepção muito atenciosa e rápida. O estacionamento, apesar de pequeno, tinha sombra e era do lado da recepção. O banheiro bem espaçoso e com ventilação externa.

Cons:

Faltaram muitas tomadas no quarto, a gente precisou usar a do banheiro e a do frigobar para carregar os equipamentos eletrônicos. Não gostei tampouco de não haver elevadores. Fiquei no primeiro andar e tive de carregar as malas pelas escadas.

No geral atendeu nossas expectativas, ou seja, tudo conforme o combinado e nenhum imprevisto.

Cons:

A organização do estacionamento, quero dizer os clientes tem que respeitar as limitações e estacionar os carros da maneira certo e não parar em qualquer lugar ou mal estacionado atrapalhando os outros. Temos que ter consciência porque outros também usam...Os funcionários não são obrigados a ficar organizando carros... Outra coisa, na recepção do café a copeira não é obrigada a ficar organizando mesas para mais de 04 (quatro) pessoas a pedido do cliente...a função dela é servir e deixar limpo o lugar e comidas e bebidas sempre organizadas e abastecias...

Achei o quarto e banheiro amplos, toalhas ótimas, tudo bem limpo

Cons:

Tem um armário excelente porém falta iluminação, não consegui colocar minhas roupas lá por ser extremamente escuro

Havia um cobertor bem quente e pesado, podia haver uma mantinha mais leve ou um edredom mais macio
