Prachtig rustig gelegen hotel, we hadden een grote kamer, goede bedden en 's avonds heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk bediend.

I am so happy to stay here.
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights. The staff was amazing! Especially the receptionist was really helpful. We really enjoyed. The hotel is really clean comfortable and elegant. The bed is so comfortable.

Cons:

I don’t have that much. Only there was smelling dishes in the hotel corridors. This is not good I think they should take care of the ventilation system. And also swimming pool can be bigger. Current one is really nice but not enough.

Séjour parfait dans un endroit calme avec personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Le cadre, tout proche du centre de Spa (15-20 minutes à pieds) cet hôtel se situe dans un endroit calme et paisible.
Les chambres sont très propres, cosy avec une literie très confortable et de qualité.
Le petit-déjeuner (en option) peut sembler onéreux mais la qualité, la diversité des produits proposés ainsi que le service valent tout à fait le prix demandé.
La piscine est très appréciable lors des périodes de fortes chaleurs.
Personnel très serviable et attentionné
Mention spéciale à Aurélien, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous durant notre séjour. Nous avons fortement apprécié sa gentillesse et son dévouement. À la fois à la réception, au service du petit-déjeuner, le jeune homme effectue ses tâches de manière consciencieuse.

Cons:

Aucune mauvaise surprise, nous savions que l’hôtel ne disposait pas de clim. C’est le seul point moins positif étant donné que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en pleine canicule
