Sehr freundlicher & angenehmer Aufenthalt. Super Essen!
Pros:

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich
Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig
Essen (Extra im Restaurant) seeehr lecker
Schöne Terrasse draußen

Cons:

Nur Treppe (kein Fahrstuhl) für ältere Menschen die bis in den dritten Stock laufen müssten.
Traf bei uns allerdings nicht zu, dass wir ihn gebraucht hätten.

Das Bett war leider extrem hart und nicht sehr komfortabel.
Leider hatten wir auch zu Beginn nur 1 Kissen und 1 Decke auf dem Bett vorbereitet obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer zu zweit gebucht hatten.

(Recht späte Check In Möglichkeit ab 17 Uhr aber das weiß man eigentlich vorher).

(Preis des Essens wenn man abgesehen des Frühstücks noch zum Beispiel zu Abend isst, was allerdings ja auch jedem selbst überlassen ist).

Pros:

La facilité pour accéder à la chambre même sans personnel, la taille de la chambre, la vue, la propreté, le confort du lit et des équipements, le petit-déjeuner, le personnel. C'était exceptionnel.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes geräumiges ruhiges Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine inklusiv Kaffeerahm und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die vielen Schoggiherzchen.

Cons:

Es war etwas kühl im Zimmer. Die Heizung war abgestellt.

Delightful historical jewel in beautiful surroundings with breathtaking views.
Pros:

Delightful staff, charming "Schl;ssli" hotel & restaurant, excellent breakfast with attentive and discrete staff. We had lunch and evening meal here. Excellent cuisine. Highly recommended.
