The Stay was comfortable and we did not face any issue in day-to-day activities
Pros:

I did not book with Breakfast; Location was awesome as all the visiting spots were near to the hotel including restaurants. Excess to the main road was only 300 MTRs away which is very good

Cons:

No Bakala near the Hotel, although a boofia was available right opposite to the hotel. Due to Business trade on the street, traffic after dawn was more than expectations. No Swimming Pool available and should work on providing a space for young kids to play

Pros:

I like the location and cleanliness. Parking is good.
They gave the one extra metress and blanket.

Cons:

I stayed 5 nights and could use the pool only 2 days properly rest of the days there were problem in pool water. Like water pump was not working they called mechanic next day even after pump was not functioning properly water was not heated..
Water was not drain properly in bathroom.
You have to ask for everything like towel soap water tissue etc.
We spent the money for the pool and used only two days out of 5 days.
So i can say it was not value for money.
