Everything was awesome. The entire team from General Manager to all the guest relations executives and HK staff and F&B team were very courteous.
We had a wonderful stay , we are happy with everyone and everything.

Pleasant room with good lake view. Gave a peace of mind.
I was honestly disappointed the breakfast envoirment on my second day, it was at a hall and table cloth n chair cover looks dirty, uneasy to sit on it and cutlery was not on the table, when I ask for pineapple juice the waiter says no. Later I ask to a chef n he brought it for me.
We pay high to get service both rooms n for breakfast, we are not receiving a free breakfast we pay for it so make sure your hotel use the proper restaurant rather than a dull concealed hall.
Only this disappointed me in my stay otherwise everything is so good.
