We had a wonderful stay! It was truly a luxurious experience. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful area in Ramoji Film City far from the city’s hustle.
The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated and the staff is incredibly courteous and friendly.
The restaurant food (Galaxy restaurant) was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences.
Film related facilities
Taxi goons control your exit. They quote 3 times rates. Hotel also charges huge taxi fare. Hotel gate security is hand in glove with taxi goons. Hotel does not interfere to solve the problem despite they very well knowing throwing hapless guests to taxi goons mercy

Everything was awesome. The entire team from General Manager to all the guest relations executives and HK staff and F&B team were very courteous.

Pleasant room with good lake view. Gave a peace of mind.
I was honestly disappointed the breakfast envoirment on my second day, it was at a hall and table cloth n chair cover looks dirty, uneasy to sit on it and cutlery was not on the table, when I ask for pineapple juice the waiter says no. Later I ask to a chef n he brought it for me.
We pay high to get service both rooms n for breakfast, we are not receiving a free breakfast we pay for it so make sure your hotel use the proper restaurant rather than a dull concealed hall.
Only this disappointed me in my stay otherwise everything is so good.
