Horrible experience booking in this hotel. Hotel staff and owner are like goons. Do false advertisement. Gave away my booked rooms to someone else on higher price. Denied for room on arrival. Later made excuses that they do not allow with pets. When I showed them my booking in this hotel with pets allowed note, then they started acting like goondagardi..Kuch bhi kar lo aap main room nhi de sakta..On co-ordinating then confirming pets allowed remarks on booking sites with Oyo to the Owner, they started saying like...Waha likhne se kya hota hai..hamne nhi likha hai..Kuchh b kar lo..Booking nhi milega..The actual reason was, these people asks for extra amount on arrival at the hotel and give rooms to one who pays extra and deny to those who do not pay extra.

This is a fake property posing as a hotel that welcomes guests.All staff members including the 'so called' owner of the hotel is only interested in Extorting money from guests who come from various places.They advertise as if they are providing good services but it's only a trap to charge extra money to customers when you arrive there.They do not honour their online bookings at all.When the so called owner was contacted he refused to give his name and stated that I should definitely report the matter to "OYO" brand which they represent and that 'he didn't care at all'.All of the people at reception are in on this scam as well.We had taken a overnight journey from Varanasi only to be turned away from the property.This is giving a terrible name to the Indian hospitality industry overall.Places like this should never be allowed to operate within this industry since their only manner of operating is through dishonest means.
In SHORT: NEVER BOOK THIS SO CALLED HOTEL,you will not be treated well at all.
Breakfast was not complementary in our staying.location is fine.But no hotels are near it.It is almost 10 min. walking from hotel.Room was spacious.Bed was big and comfortable.
check in must be hasselfree.cleaning mus be done daily.
All the facilities and featured offered by the hotel were too good, they even arranged taxis for our visit.
