I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent hotel booking made through your platform.

Upon arrival at the property, I found that the room was not in a suitable condition for stay. The bed was untidy, the room was unclean, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I immediately requested Booking.com to cancel the reservation. However, I was still charged for the booking.

After making the payment, we were again offered the room, but unfortunately, the situation had not improved. Given the poor hygiene and overall condition of the accommodation, we decided to leave the hotel without staying.

This has been my first negative experience using Booking.com, and I hope such issues can be avoided in the future. I kindly request a review of this case and a refund for the stay that we were unable to use due to the unacceptable condition of the room.

Loved my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Food was delicious and hygienic. The hotel is in a quiet area but still well connected. Service was professional and always on time.

My place of visit was very close. This was the only plus point.

I went for a business trip and I believe they serve the tastiest food around the area. The hotel cleanliness and interiors are well maintained, well behaved staff always eager to help you out. I also saw their rooms they also are fantastic with reasonable pricing. overall it was a great experience and food service was excellent. Will definitely visit again and suggest all friends.

Great value for the price! The hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to transportation. The staff were courteous and quick to assist. Breakfast was hearty and had both local and continental options.
