Pros:

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to many restaurants and dive services. Wonderful views of the volcanoes while being right on the beach. Lovely beachfront pool and a nice poolside bar/restaurant. 15-minute walk to a quiet hillside lookout for sunsets. We preferred this to the more tourist-heavy Sunset Point.

Cons:

The room we had sounded like it was above a laundry room, so it was quite noisy. We also had a good bit of noise coming from a reggae karaoke bar on the main strip behind the hotel.

Pros:

The breakfast not very good. The resort is needing to have an excellent chef for better breakfast and meals at the restaurant. The beds are very comfortable and the room very big and clean. The resort is in an excellent location

Pros:

Très belle hôtel, vue sur mer .Petit déjeuner copieux.Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ai que très peu de Grab, il n’y a que des taxis qui te réclame 4 fois plus que le tarif du Grab car ils savent qu’on a pas le choix . Déplacement en scooter de préférence mais avec des enfants cela reste compliqué.Nous avons opté pour la marche à pied et nous avons apprécié car nous avons pu découvrir des Warungs avec de très beaux spots

It was ok but not fantastic
Pros:

Nice room. Very clean. Lovely pool

Cons:

We went out for 6 hours & came back to our room, which hadn’t been made up! Had to call reception & ask for it to be done. Breakfast buffet was great on first day, second day - a La Carte. Strange. Reception couldn’t organise a hire car. Had to do that ourselves!

great stay and beautiful location
Pros:

cleanly, amazing location, good breakfast

Cons:

the staff was awesome and very nice but a bit unsupervised. left my earphones in the room and they didnt mention anything when they did my check out room check. only when i called back to ask about earphones did they say they saw them. asked to send them to me they delayed the taxi so that i wouldnt receive them in time. tried to upcharge me on the taxi too. a bit unprofessional. now i have to pay exhorbitant price to get then delivered to DPS airport, which they are not offering any type of compensation. also a guest kid was setting off fireworks on the beach very close to people and the workers ignored it. air con started shooting out ice which they attended to immediately, but only offered a room switch after i asked when they said workers were going to come into my room.
