L'hôtel est sympa avec un bon restaurant italien

À noter que la plage à proximité est en sable noir avec beaucoup de cailloux/galets

Pros:

The pool was lovely and the room balcony was a nice semi private area in the shade. I really appreciated the large hanging and storage space for clothing too! The location was on a quiet street next to the beach, with walking access to cafes.

Cons:

The outdoor bathroom looked nice but was so impractical. The toilet was in the full sun at all times and the shower was like having a bucket tipped over your head. The mosquitos were very bad outside so it was not a pleasant experience using the bathroom. We also found the curtains and mosquito net over the bed to be quite dirty and stained, and the aircon wasn’t very strong.

Mooie eigen hutjes. Met veel privacy. Mooi zwembad in het midden. Alles mooi aangeplant en goed onderhouden. We hadden hier nog wel langer kunnen blijven

La gentillesse du personnel!
Fort à l’écoute et toujours là au besoin pour taxi, scooter.
Et la chambre était juste incroyable, un vrai cocon, on aurait pas pu rêver mieux
Je pense réellement à y retourner un jour

Pros:

Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel !! L’hébergement était magnifique avec une douche en extérieur sublime !! Une très belle piscine et un restaurant excellent avec des prix abordable !! L’hôtel est situé à quelques pas de la mer avec du sable noir donc très sympa pour de balader ou pour s’y baigner avec de très beaux couchers de soleil. L’hôtel propose plusieurs activités comme de la plongée ou des excursions en bateaux et des visites de temples, ils ont aussi un service de transport très bien !! Nous recommandons vivement !!

Séjour très agréable, chambre très confortable et la douche à l’extérieur est un plaisir ultime .
Pour le petit déjeuner ou le dîner , ne pas avoir de bouteille d’eau à proposer en boisson est dommage ( prévoir vos bouteilles d’eau à apporter à table).

Overall, Amed is a nice place to stay but I wouldn't recommend the hotel to families of three.
Pros:

Great diving centre. Bastien was a superb guide - we really enjoyed diving with him. He had a handful of advice on our diving technique and what diving spots we should visit.
The food at a restaurant was tasty too - good Italian cuisine in Indonesia. A few nice dining spots located nearby.

Cons:

A bit remote location. Offering a mattress on the floor as an additional bed for extra fee is a misunderstanding, especially with all the insects walking around (all three of us were forced to sleep in one bed). The management refused a refund.

Erstmal kann man die Unterkunft nur vor Ort bezahlen und bekommt direkt 3% Gebühren aufgedrückt wenn man mit Karte zahlen will. Wir haben ein anderes Bungalow als das gebuchte bekommen. Es waren ca 20 Moskitos in dem Bungalow und die Tür ließ sich nicht verschliessen. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin, hat die Managerin angeboten die Buchung zu stornieren und uns den vollen Preis zu erstatten. Nach einer Woche bekam ich die Nachricht, dass mir maximal der halbe Preis erstattet werden würde. Nach 1 Monat habe ich immer noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten und muss mich nun mit Booking auseinandersetzen. Ich würde niemanden empfehlen hier eine Nacht zu verbringen.
