Teleurstellend! Hadden 2 nachten geboekt maar 1 nacht gebleven en de andere geannuleerd.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en lekker.
Ontvangst prima.

Cons:

De badkamer was ronduit slecht! Piepklein meteen toilet. Verwaarloosd en de deur ervan kon niet dicht.
Slechte locatie langs een drukke weg tot na middernacht nog last ervan op de kamer.

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Always right there of there was a problem. This place is great as a one or 2 right stay. We booked for 11 days and ended up changing hotels.

Cons:

Unfortunately walking in the pool looked very green and not very inviting (but in the photos it looks bright blue and inviting). There is no room to lounge around the pool comfortably as all the plants have matured and taken over the lounging area. Walking into our room looked nice until we saw the bathroom. It's a wet room (that's ok) but you can't swing a cat in it. I banged my head off the sink so many times trying to use the toilet. Wasn't pleasant. Turning on the shower wet everything, including the towels and toilet paper because the shower head was faulty. Very frustrating. The electric sockets needed some work as well. We tried to plug the kettle in and the whole socket fell out of the wall.
We had to leave as we could not get anything dry. And the room was starting to smell because of the wetness. The air con (which we hate to use) wasn't helping and even opening the doors didn't help at all.

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage

Cons:

Badezimmer ist nicht besonders sauber, beim Duschen läuft der Abfluss über, es wurde zwar auf unsere Bitte hin ausgeputzt, hat aber nichts gebraucht.

Very friendly staff
Pros:

The most friendliest staff in our Bali trip. Even gave me a cake on my birthday and whole team sang happy birthday, which I find very attentive and cute.

Pros:

La habitación es cómoda y con balcón. El desayuno está bien. Ubicación céntrica.

Cons:

El baño es horroroso. No tiene nada que ver con el resto del hotel, muy pequeño, puedes hacerlo todo a la vez, sin separación entre water, ducha y lavabo. Tiene muchas humedades que da la sensación de sucio. El peor que nos hemos encontrado en Bali.
