Stayed at Hari Mahal Palace, Jaipur and had a pleasant overall experience. The property has a lovely heritage charm and gives you that old palace feel without being over the top. The architecture, open spaces, gardens, and pool area add to the calm and relaxed vibe.
The location is convenient and well connected, making it easy to get around Jaipur. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the stay felt peaceful. Amenities were adequate and the property is well maintained.
The staff were polite and courteous, always ready to help, which made the stay smoother. Food was decent and enjoyable, especially in the heritage setting.
Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a heritage-style stay in Jaipur with a calm atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. Would recommend it for a relaxed city stay.
The room verandah should be clean regularly of pigeons excreta
Accommodation, Serving, Cleanliness and behaviour of Hotel Staff was excellent. The location of the Property is amidst zero pollution zone, very peaceful and executive's beautiful full of naturality.
Each and every thing desired was there in more than satisfactory order.
Worst
Totally scam
good
food and location
The building is beautiful but we didn’t get to stay in that one
1. No wifi available in the room, it available only outside
2. We can hear the train every 40 mins so can’t sleep well
3. We stay for 2 nights both nights we hear loudly voices from outside
4. Hot water need to wait for 15mins and can use just 5mins and turn cold again
5. Heater not work
6. No hair dryer
Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I had the worst stay at Hotel Durty. The place was unbelievably filthy and unclean, and it completely ruined our experience. The rooms were in terrible condition, with no pillow covers on the pillows! To make things worse, there was no hot water, especially in the winter, which made it even more unbearable. The staff was rude and had no manners. They didn't even know how to communicate properly or offer any basic service. It felt like they couldn't care less about their guests. This place is an absolute disaster and definitely not recommended if you value your family time. Pathetic service and a total waste of money.

Nothing to like. Horrible play to stay.
I had the worst ever stay of my life at Hari Mahal palace. The pics on booking.com were quite deceptive. They charged me as though I was receiving a four-star hotel, giving the impression that I was. Honestly, I wouldn't even rate this establishment a one star. For my family, I got an apartment with three rooms. Actually, the apartments were service apartments, the kind usually used by hotel employees. There were mosquitoes in the room, the bedding appeared to have not been cleaned in a while, and the room itself was filthy. A broken bucket and mug were found in the bathroom, and there was no bucket or cup in one of the rooms. My brother was so disgusted by the place, he found another accommodation at 1 AM.
The location and the big lawn
The room is not in the heritage property. They have a building behind the property. This wasn't mentioned while booking. The hotel staff never cleaned the room, they were unresponsive and very lethargic
I just liked the park and the facade of the hotel.
AC’s were not working properly, room service was slow, breakfast was pathetic
