Horrible.
Pros:

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far below basic hospitality standards.

The owner appeared to be more focused on extracting additional charges at every opportunity rather than providing a positive customer experience. We were a group of seven travelers, including a 13-year-old child. Initially, we were allocated two rooms with extra beds at an additional charge of ₹1,200 per day for the extra beds. Upon arrival, we realized the rooms were too congested to comfortably accommodate everyone, so we booked an additional room and no longer required the extra bed, as the child was able to sleep on the existing bed. Despite this, the owner still insisted on charging us the extra bed fee.

What made the experience even more unpleasant was the owner's behavior. He repeatedly called and messaged me demanding payment while we were out spending time with family, despite all our luggage remaining in the rooms and there being no indication whatsoever that payment would not be made. The approach felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

The room conditions were also poor:
* Air conditioning was not functioning properly.
* Lizards were present inside the rooms.
* The landline phone was not working.
* Several switchboards were damaged or broken.
* Basic toiletries were not provided.
* Even essentials such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were charged separately at ₹25 each.

Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory. The combination of poor room maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and an unwelcoming attitude from the owner resulted in a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to others based on our stay.

Comfortable stay

Location and no restaurant to order anything.
Order placed we need to give cash to the Staff, and Staff not ready to include it in the final bill.
And even the cleanliness was not upto the mark. The garbage kept near the lift was smelling so bad from the last two days.
