Best value for money I've encountered in India.
Pros:

Great value for money. Definitely a simple hotel, but the best value for money I have encountered in India. Generous sized rooms, good hot water, extremely comfortable bed, little extras. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The staff do not speak English, but they were kind and did their best. The manager works remotely, but is a great communicator and has excellent English.

Ene sehr gute Wahl

Das sehr hilfsbereite Personal
Der Manager hat uns Geld zu einem guten Kurs gewechselt und sehr günstige Autorikschatransfers vermittelt. Besonders günstig und bequem war der von ihm vermittelte Transfer zum Flughafen.
Die Lage ist gut, denn ene Metrostation ist relativ nahe. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß.

Conveniently located luxury for an affordable price
Pros:

Very clean, amazing facilities, and located in a beautiful, quiet street near many restaurants and breakfast spots, and right across from a temple. Great value for money!

部屋はきれいで設備は整っていました。

Cons:

クレジットカードが使えず、現金で払っても釣り銭の用意がありませんでした。外国人には不便です。夜遅くまで近所で何かのイベントをやっていて音がうるさかった。

Parking facility is there but once we parkd our car( if it's a big car) very difficult to take out from the basement parking facility, the way to parking is exactly adventure parking 🤮

Convenient Stay!
Pros:

The location is pretty convenient—close to Charminar, Makkah Masjid, Chowmahalla Palace, Salar Jung Museum, and even the quirky Sudha Car Museum. So, if sightseeing is on your list, you’re in the right spot! For bigger attractions:

1. Ramoji Film City is about 25+ km away. We took the Metro till LB Nagar and then an auto to Ramoji—felt like a mini adventure!
2. Golkonda Fort is roughly 13–17 km from the hotel.

Hungry? Here are some nearby food options: Dash does not have own restaurant order online or walk to...

1. Sweekar Pure Veg (right side, rating: 3/5)
2. A lovely couple selling dosa and medu vada on the street (left side, rating: 5/5)
3. Pista House for non-veg lovers (1 km walk, rating: 10/10—my nephew swears by it!)

The area isn’t exactly upscale—it’s more like Pune’s Nana Peth, bustling with bike accessory shops.
You’ll come across a temple, a Gaushala, and yes, the occasional whiff of cow dung (plus a goat cameo for good measure). Honestly, it added a rustic charm to our stay—felt like a cultural bonus!

The reception is on the 2nd floor, and the staff were absolute gems—friendly, helpful, and polite. The rooms are compact but neat and functional. On the bright side, the water supply was fantastic—plenty of hot water. Sometimes, it’s the little things that make you smile!

Cons:

I understand its Christmas and business time - when I was searching for this hotel, the cost was around ₹2,600–₹2,900 for a couple. As soon as I added a 12-year-old child, the price jumped to ₹3,300–₹3,800. I assumed this meant they’d provide an extra mattress—but nope! If you want that, you need to book for 3 adults, and then the same ₹2,600 room costs ₹4,000–₹4,500. The owner tried to convince me this was the real cost. but I was not convinced, since I was there to relax did not get into the argument. That said, it wasn’t a big issue—we managed fine and hardly made any difference.

One hiccup: a noisy neighbor kept us up all night, which was tough since we had a 3:00 am start. Not the lullaby we hoped for! 😔 Thankfully, the rest of the stay was peaceful and relaxing.

For last-minute bookings, Dash Hotel works, though you might find better value nearby, especially area wise.
