Потрясающее расположение, весь Баку как на ладони. Очень вежливый и тактичный персонал. Особое спасибо Асмер на ресепшене, всегда была с нами на связи и помогала с любыми просьбами во время отдыха. Мы отдыхаем уже второй раз в этой гостинице и мы точно не будем искать другое место для следующего посещения в Баку. Спасибо большое всему персоналу от старшего менеджера до уборщика в комнате. Очень внимательный, отзывчивый персонал. Выполнили все предварительные просьбы обговоренные в личной переписке с директором ещё до заезда и во время пребывания. Работа ресепшен на высшем уровне, удовлетворяли любые запросы 24/7. Потрясающие коктейли в баре. Вкусные, сытные и полезные завтраки. И потрясающий вид на Баку. Очень рекомендую.

L’emplacement au dessus de la ville, L’originalité de l’hôtel dans sa conception, les petites pièces près de la piscine pour se restaurer, la vue magnifique de la ville, et surtout la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité du petit déjeuner. En ce qui nous concerne the place to go in Baku.

I will visit again and would recommend whoever is visiting Baku
Pros:

The Location was excellent; the view was very scenic and magical, specially at night. The food taste was exceptional, much tasty and delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

Услужливый персонал, отличные завтраки, очень удобные кровати!

Cons:

Это будет один совсем небольшой минус. Так как отель на горе, сложновато, если пешком, возвращаться. Но на такси не проблема доехать, учитывая очень приемлемые цены. В целом мы остались всем довольны.

הצוות מעולה , מאוד שירותי וכל פניה נענתה במידי.
הנוף מהחדר עם מרפסת מדהים ביופיו .
ארוחת הבוקר - מעולה ובפינה פרטית
אין ספק המלון הוא הנהדר ביותר שהתארחתי בעשור האחרון.

Pros:

The lady at the reception was friendly and the view at night is nice.

Cons:

Everything is a bit out of date. There is no lift. The spa area is not comfortable, there is no resting area and the bar before entering is dark and has a weird odor. The massage treatment was not professional (long nails, chewing gum, phone music) and the massage room was next to an event room where people celebrated a birthday with a trumpet band. The restaurant is midrange quality and barely has vegetarian options. The sitting areas/tables are always reserved and as a hotel guest I had to move away multiple times. The staff doesn't speak English.

A perfect stay with excellent location, outstanding staff, and stunning views.
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mentions to the General Manager Najat and Naila at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The view from the family room was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop that made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.
